A Family Run Property Lettings Company
We are a family run, property letting company, based in Sunderland. Brent and Lisa McCafferty deal with all aspects of the company and have a very ‘hands on’ approach. We offer a personal service which is efficient, friendly and trustworthy and we have, what we would class, as a great reputation with our tenants – past and present.
We have been established since 2007 and have over 25 years experience in letting properties. Brent has the same amount of experience in development and construction, so as a company we carry out all property maintenance, refurbishment and development works ourselves. We aim to sort out any repairs within 24 hours. Our sister company Wearside Construction Ltd won 'Best Small Housing Development' award in 2010 with Northern LABC Building Excellence.
